Export Users

Administrators can export all users or a select group of users from EasyBridge. Follow the steps below to Export a group of users.

  1. Log in to EasyBridge using your Administrator login. You will land on the Classes page.
  2. Select Users in the top navigation and then Accounts in the drop-down menu.
  3. Search for or use the Filter to find the users you would like to export. Your list of users will appear beneath the Filter.
  4. Check the box to the left of the column header Username to export all users, or check the box to the left of individual users to export a smaller subset.

  5. Click the Export button in the Actions row above your list of users. A pop-up window appears.

  6. Enter the export file description, read the PII data acknowledgment, and check the box. Click Export. You will see a message that says "Export in progress. Go to View history to see the latest status." There is a View export history button that takes you directly to the View History page.
  7. The View History page contains your list of exported accounts. Click Download next to any of the accounts you've exported to open a CSV file containing information related to that account.
